Uniqlo unveils new designs for its Peace For All charity t-shirt project

Iklan
Global clothing retailer Uniqlo has unveiled five new t-shirt designs for its ongoing charity project, Peace For All.

The charity project was established in Jun 2022, with many collaborators supporting the project’s aim of "prying sincerely for world peace and taking action”.

For this new collection, some notable names have contributed their creativity, such as Roger Federer, Cristina de Middel, the artwork from the creator of Miffy, the late Dick Bruna, Basquiat and Cristopher Makos, Akamai Technologies.

Let’s take a look at the designs in this line-up.

AKAMAI TECHNOLOGIES

Akamai Technologies is a cloud company so its design heavily reflects its work in scaling and securing the internet to make life better for billions of people.

Its code texture in the design represents the language behind the many digital experiences that connect users.

ROGER FEDERER

The legendary tennis player contributes a very simple design, sending out the message of love. He said the simple design is to remind people how important it is to respect one another.

DICK BRUNA

A firm believer of the slogan "World Peace Is Possible”, the design is supposed to represent the hope that all people on this earth can enjoy peaceful living.

CRISTINA DE MIDDEL

The image on this t-shirt creates an image that means "right to peace” and what fighting for peace carries.

The pigeon, against the blue sky, was captured in the city of Salvador de Bahia.

JEAN-MICHEL BASQUIAT

A relatively simple photo of Basquiat with the globe to emphasise that his inspiration and influence were global. Here Jean - Michel Basquiat is positioned with a globe.
