Na’im bids farewell to ministry staff after being dropped from Cabinet

Datuk Dr Mohd Na’im Mokhtar today bid farewell to the staff of the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) and the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).

He has no immediate plans and intends to take a break for the time being.

PUTRAJAYA - Datuk Dr Mohd Na’im Mokhtar today bid farewell to the staff of the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) and the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).

He arrived at the Islamic Complex here at about 8.20am and was greeted by the personnel, including his political secretary, Dr Muhamad Razak Idris.

Na’im said he has no immediate plans and intends to take a break for the time being.

"God willing, I will perform the umrah soon,” he told reporters.
