Karangkraf's first ever Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony to be held today

In conjunction with Nuzul Quran this year, for the first time ever Sinar Islam Plus (SI+) will be hosting the Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony today.

The event is themed “Tinta Emas Mencipta Generasi Taqaddum” , which means the Islamic verses that is to shape the generation of Taqaddum (priority, precedence).

The event will be held today at the Karangkraf, Shah Alam headquarters 5pm onwards and streamed on all Sinar Karangkraf social media platforms.

A total of 15 participants aged 12-years old and below have registered to take part in the gracious event.

Programme manager Been Tahrin said the children will be supervised and led by two notable Muslims during the live event.

He said not only will they be rewarded for their for reading the Quran this Ramadan month but also will be given a certificate for their achievement at such a young age, a Quran of their own and also “duit raya” donated specially from Karangkraf.

“We hope the ceremony today will inspire children to continue reading the Quran and make it their loyal partner in life.
