SHAH ALAM – A man sustains severe injuries after losing control of his car and crashing into a road divider in Glenmarie, here, today.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department director Norazam Khamis said firemen from Anggerik station were deployed to the scene and arrived at 1.19am.

“The 20-year-old man was driving from Subang heading to Federal Highway before he crashed into the road divider.

“The car split into two from the impact and the front part of the car dragged for about 50 meters while the rear part of the car caught fire,” he said in a statement.

The victim, Norazam said, received initial treatment from the department’s Emergency Medical Rescue Services before being sent to Shah Alam Hospital.
