Ebit, 37, or his real name Ebit Irawan Ibrahim was seen on the court grounds at 10.15am cladding a maroon shirt with black pants.
The trial resumes after being delayed at 4.30pm on Tuesday with the appearance of the first prosecution witness who is a consultant or motivational speaker, Mohd Fairuz Abu, 37.
The trial lasting for four days started on Tuesday to Friday was conducted by Deputy Public Prosecutor Nor Azizah Mohamad, Muhammad Ilmami Ahmad, Zahida Zakaria, Adibah Saiful Bahri, Nur Masrin Amalia while Ebit was represented by his lawyers consisted of Ram Singh, Kamarudin Mohmad Chinki, Timothy Daut, Kimberly Ye Wanchuin dan Chen Wen Jye while the Magistrate was Nur Asyraf Zolhani.
Ebit is faced with 11 charges of sexual harassments following Section 509 of the Penal Code by sending lewd pictures and text meant to humiliate the victim through the WhatsApp application.
