KUALA TERENGGANU - The dissolution of three State Assemblies under Pas’ administration namely Terengganu, Kedah and Kelantan is expected to be known after the Pas central meeting on Thursday.

The party’s vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar said the matter will be informed through an official statement by Pas secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan.

"The outcome of the daily Pas committee meeting on Tuesday morning in Kuala Lumpur will be brought and decided on during the Pas central meeting at the Pas office in Kuala Lumpur tomorrow (Thursday).

"The decision whether the State Assembly would be dissolved will be announced tomorrow because there are no other meetings (regarding the matter) after this,” he said.

The Terengganu Menteri Besar said as of now, meetings to determine the Terengganu Perikatan Nasional (PN) candidates that would be fielded in the 15th General Election has yet to be held.

"There is no list of candidates for now. Usually we would prepare the list of candidates and highlight the three names and all the decision would be made at the central level.

"I have no knowledge of the list. I will leave it to the party to decide," he said.

Previously the former Rhu Rendang assemblyman said Terengganu decided not to dissolve the State Assembly if GE15 was held this year.
