GE15: Even seats allocation between Amanah, PKR in Terengganu

KUALA TERENGGANU - Terengganu Pakatan Harapan (PH) has set an equal distribution of seats between Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) and PKR for the 15th General Election (GE15).

Its chairman Datuk Raja Kamarul Bahrin Shah Raja Ahmad said Amanah would contest the Kuala Nerus, Marang, Besut and Kuala Terengganu parliamentary seats while PKR the Dungun, Kemaman, Setiu and Hulu Terengganu seats.

"We distribute eight parliamentary seats equally among Amanah and PKR...without DAP, but we are still waiting for the final decision from the PH presidential council," he said at the launching of Kuala Terengganu PH machinery here last night.

Raja Kamarul Bahrin Shah said that even though Terengganu PH is considered less influential, it can spring a surprise in four seats.

"We are confident that we will have a chance in Kuala Terengganu, Kuala Nerus, Kemaman and maybe even Dungun," said Raja Kamarul Bahrin Shah who is expected to contest the Kuala Terengganu seat. - BERNAMA
