KUALA LUMPUR - We have offered peace and stability but the people have rejected Barisan Nasional (BN), says Sabah Umno chief Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin.
He said it was okay and the coalition would focus on a different way to gain back the people’s trust.
“Every party needs to transform their party and its different from the current scenario and next time also will be different.
“That’s why we need to be careful in deciding our aim and future which means the leadership also will be changed.
“Umno and BN will bring a fresh view and the best way for rakyat to make sure the party survives,” he said.
When asked whether Zahid should step down from his position or not, Bung said it was not to that level yet.
