Umno unhappy after Zahid cancels meeting at last minute

Datuk Armand Azha Abu Hanifah said the meeting was important for them to voice views, criticisms and suggestions to determine the direction of the party.
He said there was no notification to inform on the reason to cancel the meeting.
"When I was informed that the meeting was cancelled, I asked why? But no one was informed as to why the meeting was cancelled," he said, adding that majority of Umno supreme council members are disgruntled over the decision.
On Saturday, the Umno Supreme meeting was scheduled for 3 pm today but was postponed at the last minute.
"This is not a Parent-Teachers Association (PIBG), this is supreme council meeting that will determine the direction of the party," he said.
