KUALA LUMPUR - Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says he is pleased with the outcome of the meeting between PH and Barisan Nasional (BN) at the Seri Pacific Hotel, here, held this morning.

He said the meeting earlier today discussed on matters pertaining to the cooperation between both coalitions.

“Im very pleased with the outcome of the meeting which discussed on the next coalition government under my leadership.

"But, we did prioritise key issues for this new government," he said during a press conference at the hotel after the meeting with BN leaders.

He said firstly, political stability was required to bring the country forward.

He added the focus will be on governance and the economy which has been stagnant in the last few years.

However, he said it was not yet conclusive as BN would have to go through other meetings before finalising its decision.

Anwar further said he was very optimistic in forming a more transparent and a more democratic country for the people.
