According to data from the Ministry of Health (KKM) on the CovidNow portal, a total of four new deaths due to Covid-19 were recorded with no deaths involving cases outside hospital facilities or brought-in-dead (BID) cases.
The development makes the number of deaths in the country up to 36,648 cases
Meanwhile, active cases of Covid-19 recorded a total of 27,008 cases, with 24,924 or 92.3 per cent of them being individuals quarantined at home.
A total of 14 patients are in the Covid-19 Quarantine and Treatment Centre (PKRC), while 1,973 Covid-19 patients are placed in hospitals with 97 patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU).
Of that number, 40 patients needed breathing aids, while another 57 needed ventilators.
The recovered cases recorded on Tuesday were 2,789 cases, bringing the total number of recovered cases of the pandemic in the country to 4,920,616 cases.
