PEKAN - Two new faces among the youths appointed as Pahang Government exco appreciate the given role and are determined to shoulder their responsibilities as best as possible.

Dong state legislative assemblyman Fadzli Mohamad Kamal, 42, said, as the youngest exco, there were many things that he needed to learn.

He said the responsibility would be carried out as best as possible and he was ready to serve the state government and the people of Pahang.

“I did not expect to be appointed to the new exco line-up,” said the former Pahang Menteri Besar's press secretary.

He said this when met after the presentation of the appointment letters and oath-taking ceremony of the Pahang state executive council members at Istana Abu Bakar here on Friday.

Meanwhile, Peramu Jaya assemblyman, Datuk Mohd Nizar Najib, 46, was grateful and privileged to be entrusted to be in the ranks of the State Government exco.

“This responsibility is heavy but I pray that I can carry it out well.

“As the new exco, I will do my best to play a role in assisting the state government led by the Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail,” he said.
