SHAH ALAM - The Merdeka 118 skyscraper has once again been trespassed by a group of daredevils for the sake of creating content for their social media channel.

A seven-minute, 18-second video was uploaded to their Youtube channel, Driftershoots, on Dec 30.

The video showed four people with their faces covered sneaking into the building in a construction worker's outfit.

They were seen cutting a net that was blocking their access to the building.

They, then, crawled through a small passage to get to the stairs leading to the top floor.

As soon as they reached the peak, the video shows that they encountered thunder and lighting.

"Hopefully we don't get hit by lightning," one of the climbers said.

"A number of attempts had already ended in prison time for certain individuals, so we knew we were up against heavy odds.

"The trip ended successfully, and it's a gift to be ending the year showing the footage.
