KUALA LUMPUR - Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) machinery is reminded to learn from past mistakes, especially to not 'look' for voters during the voting day if they want to win the state election in the six states.

Its deputy president Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu said he was confident that with a better work plan, the party will succeed in establishing a government.

"Don't place flags in stores and don't look for voters, just wait for the next day after the polling day. I really hope we can learn from past mistakes and never repeat them again.

"We have no money now, but I still remember when Bersatu was first established. We still managed to hold various programmes and raise funds.

"If we are really sincere, then we can do it all over again," he said in his closing speech at the Bersatu General Assembly at Menara PGRM here.

Ahmad Faizal added that God will pave a easier way for them if they show effort.

"Insya-Allah, whatever they did to us, Allah is great, not them. If we try, then Allah will show us the way to make things easier, and I'm sure we can succeed," he said.
