PUTRAJAYA - Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is in the process of reviewing a premise that will host an entertainment show at the end of March.

Political secretary to the Prime Minister Azman Abidin, in a statement, said from DBKL's investigation the premise was found licenced as a restaurant under Beijing 9 Sdn Bhd company.

"However, the company's restaurant licence had expired on Feb 4, 2021," he said today.

He said investigations also found that the premise did not apply for an entertainment licence to carry out any entertainment activities.

"DBKL is in the reviewing process to take enforcement action against the premise if they had committed any violation of rules and conditions by the organiser," he said.

A new bar located in Kuala Lumpur previously posted their launching poster showcasing Thai Hot Guy models as the invited guest during the opening.

The public was angered and criticised the action.
