Do not conspire with drug and crime syndicates - Ayob Khan

KUALA LUMPUR - Bukit Aman Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department (JSJN) director, Datuk Seri Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay reminded his officers and staff members not to conspire with drug and crime syndicates.

Through a message via teleconference, Ayob Khan also emphasised on the issue of integrity.

"Do not to be involved with drug syndicates, any criminal activity and other activities that can tarnish the good name of the police, this is an integrity issue

"Department heads are reminded to increase supervision of all officers and staff members under their respective administration," he said on JSJN's official Facebook page on Friday.

He said, strict action must be taken and there will be no tolerance for those who are involved in any sort of wrongdoing, during or outside of duty.

At the end of his recent mandate, Ayob Khan delivered a speech that all departments heads need to continue to commit and sincerely carry out the tasks entrusted to them and may JSJN continue to excel in combating drugs, the country's number one enemy.

The ceremony which took place in Bukit Aman was also attended by Bukit Aman's Narcotics (Property Forfeiture/Legal/Detention) deputy director Datuk Abdul Aziz Abdul Majid.

For the record, Ayob Khan was announced as the new Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department (JSJ) director effective April 16.
