Malays easily forget, says Hadi to those who support PH

He said this can be seen from their previous pledges that were forgotten and through conflicting statements made before and after they came into power.
"One of the earliest examples are the calls by Umno leaders at the Kuala Lumpur World Trade Centre (WTCKL) chant of 'No DAP! No Anwar!'
"Now, Umno leaders are colluding with those they previously denounced, even making statements to work together in the state elections that go against the party's policies and struggles," he said in a statement today.
Hadi added that even those within PKR were echoing the slogan 'Reformasi!' and fighting to eradicate corruption, misconduct, cronyism, nepotism, and other issues, but do not seem to live up to their expectations.
"Suddenly, PKR is colluding with a group that practices cronyism, nepotism and individuals who have been convicted and sentenced, along with the courtroom cluster, just to have the numbers needed to form a government," he said.
The Marang MP claimed that many promises made during the General Elections, such as lowering oil prices within 24 hours if they were to come into power, abolishing loans from the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN), abolishing tolls, and others, have not been fulfilled.
"After successfully taking over the government through GE14, all those promises and speeches were forgotten over time. The easily forgetful Malays continue to support the same struggle.
"This continues even after taking over the government after GE15 with the support of the easily forgetful Malays," he said.
Furthermore, he said that Perikatan Nasional (PN), particularly Pas, rejects all offers to join the Unity Government despite being persuaded by brokers from within and outside the country.
"PAS rejects all unreliable promises because Pas represents Malays who do not forget," he added.
Hadi said that according to Islamic law, the appointment of important positions in the government such as judges and even the head of state must be fair and just which means they should not be corrupt.
"Therefore, Islamic followers cannot support a liar and even people of dignity from other faiths cannot support a liar either," he added.
