No fairy tale ending; two Hollywood couples call it quits
Not all love stories have a fairytale ending, even in Hollywood!
Fresh off Wimbledon where popstar Ariana Grande was spotted sans her wedding ring, fuelling rumours of trouble in paradise, it was revealed that the "Into You" singer and her husband Dalton Gomez have in fact called it quits and are heading towards a divorce.
The former couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Montecito, California back in 2021.
Apparently, their relationship was headed towards "splitsville" even before January this year, but they have chosen to remain friends.
Well, as the popstar would sing - "Thank u, next!"
Meanwhile, in another breakup story, Modern Family alum Sofia Vergara and Magic Mike star Joe Manganiello have announced their divorce after seven years of marriage.
“We have made the difficult decision to divorce.
“As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect for our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives,” the pair said in a joint statement.
In December 2014, the pair got engaged when Maganiello popped the question during a romantic sunset proposal on Christmas Eve, after six months of dating.
