Thousands of Kedahans celebrate PM's birthday
ALOR SETAR - Thousands of Kedah supporters do not miss out on the opportunity to celebrate the 76th birthday of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Friday.
Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail sang the birthday song for Anwar while Pakatan Harapan (PH) and BN supporters followed suit.
Anwar, who was the PH chairman then cut the pulut kuning prepared specially for him in the Jelajah Perpaduan Madani Ceramah in Taman Hidayah, Hutan Kampung, here.
The Tambun MP was present at 9pm and delivered his speech to supporters.
After the ceramah in Hutan Kampung, Anwar moved towards Gurun and Sungai Petani for the Jelajah Perpaduan Madani Ceramah.
On Thursday, Anwar celebrated his 76th birthday and the joyous occasion was shared online by his wife Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, on her Instagram.
