GEORGETOWN - Caretaker Penang chief minister Chow Kon Yeow is set to retain his Padang Kota seat as he currently leads the race with a majority of 6,444 votes.

As for his opponent from Perikatan Nasional, Hng Khoon Leng now holds 1,079 votes.
