PAPAR - Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor stresses that the government he currently leads only involves cooperation between Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS), Pakatan Harapan (PH) and also several leaders from Barisan Nasional (BN).

However, he did not reject any good suggestions from other parties for the sake of the unity of Sabah and the people in this state.

"We are open in matters for the good of the state of Sabah, but now as we all know, the government that exists today is a government between GRS, PH and also BN.

"Because even in BN, there are several parties. There are parties that support this government, there are parties in there that pull out their support for the government, so let me just say BN.

"So, the other thing, we are a government that is open to any suggestions that are good for the unity of the people and also Sabah," he said in a press conference in conjunction with his visit to the Kogopon Water Treatment Plant here on Friday.

He made the remark when asked to comment on the statement of Lahad Datu Member of Parliament Datuk Mohd Yusof Apdal from Warisan who saw the collaboration between Warisan and GRS as not impossible if both have the same goal of serving the people and the state of Sabah.

However, Yusof reportedly said that the matter should be referred to the Supreme Council for consideration.

Prior to that, Warisan led by his brother Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie was a party in the unity government at the central level while at the state level, they were in the opposition bloc.
