PM must boycott the Apec meeting

THE crime of genocide that Israel is committing against the Palestinians in Gaza, which has killed almost 10,000 innocent lives, including 4,000 children, is the direct result of the blind support of the American government to Israel.

America also gave military aid to Israel to carry out these murders.

The American government must be made aware that their complicity in Israel's atrocities against the Palestinians is utterly unacceptable to all Malaysians. One of the ways to put pressure on America is for Malaysia to boycott the Apec meeting scheduled for Nov 11-17 in San Francisco, where the United States will be the host.

Therefore, we, the undersigned, call on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim not to attend the Apec meeting as a sign of our solidarity with the Palestinians and our condemnation of the US reprehensible policy of supporting Israeli genocide.
