Disabled man found dead in room

KUALA KRAI - A man was found dead in an incident in Kampung Baru Pahi, here on Tuesday.
The 48-year-old victim was a mentally disabled person.
Kuala Krai district deputy police chief, Deputy Superintendent Kamarulzaman Harun said, the victim's mother informed that in the morning of the incident, the man had left the room for breakfast and re-entered his room.
"Around 2.15pm, the victim's mother entered the room and found the victim unconscious.
"The victim's mother informed the neighbors to request help from the Kuala Krai District Police Headquarters," he said in a statement today.
An autopsy at Sultan Ismail Petra Hospital determined the cause of death to be lack of oxygen to the brain.
The case is currently being investigated as sudden death.
