Breaking barriers and shattering stereotypes, Charlotte Tilbury becomes the trailblasing inaugural sponsor of the F1 Academy, an innovative initiative by Formula 1 dedicated to propelling the careers of aspiring female drivers in motorsport.

As the first beauty brand to step into the fast-paced world of Formula 1 sponsorship, Charlotte Tilbury's partnership with the F1 Academy marks a historic milestone, symbolising the convergence of glamour and speed, grace and adrenaline.

This visionary collaboration comes as no surprise from Charlotte Tilbury, a brand founded by a woman for women, embodying the spirit of empowerment and inclusivity. By aligning with the F1 Academy, Charlotte Tilbury reaffirms its commitment to championing female talent and fostering opportunities for women to thrive in traditionally male-dominated fields.

In the upcoming 2024 season, Charlotte Tilbury will illuminate the paths of 15 exceptional young female drivers, aged 16-25, supported by the F1 Academy. Through strategic promotion and advocacy, the beauty brand will elevate these rising stars, amplifying their voices and accomplishments on a global stage.

Among the standout talents highlighted in this partnership is Lola Lovinfosse, a prodigious French-born racer poised to make waves behind the wheel of the 'Charlotte Tilbury operated by Rodin' car. Her journey epitomises the spirit of resilience, determination, and sheer talent that defines the next generation of female drivers.

As the world watches with bated breath, Charlotte Tilbury's foray into the world of motorsport promises to ignite a new era of possibility and inspiration. With each rev of the engine and each stroke of the lipstick, this partnership symbolises not only the convergence of beauty and speed but also the triumph of female excellence in traditionally male-dominated spaces.

In the realm of motorsport, where speed is king and adrenaline reigns supreme, Charlotte Tilbury's presence adds a touch of glamour and a beacon of hope, paving the way for a more inclusive and diverse future. In this historic moment, we celebrate the union of beauty, sportsmanship, and female empowerment, ushering in a new era of possibility and progress on and off the track.
