The 31st annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards honored the finest performances in film and television over the past year.

The ceremony, which took place in Los Angeles, brought together Hollywood’s brightest stars to celebrate the art of acting and the power of ensemble storytelling.

The SAG Awards are unique in that they are voted on exclusively by actors, making them one of the most prestigious honors in the entertainment industry.

The awards recognise both individual performances and the collaborative efforts of ensembles, highlighting the importance of teamwork in creating memorable on-screen moments.

One of the most anticipated categories of the night was 'Best Ensemble in a Motion Picture', often seen as a precursor to the Best Picture race at the Oscars. This year, the award went to "Conclave" a gripping political thriller that captivated audiences with its powerhouse cast and intricate storytelling.

Another highlight of the evening was the recognition of Timothée Chalamet, who won 'Best Male Actor in a Leading Role' for his transformative performance in "A Complete Unknown."

Chalamet’s portrayal of a young Bob Dylan in the biopic has been widely praised, solidifying his status as one of the most talented actors of his generation.
