Former Asean Para Games gold medalist Anas Zul Amirul Sidi revealed that his retirement several years ago stemmed from mental health, emphasising that well-being goes beyond physical fitness.
Anas, who has an intellectual disability, clearly articulated the crucial role mental health plays in his major life decisions, whether in coaching or representing the country as an athlete.
