Anak-Anak Sidek cartoonist and wife go viral with healthy lifestyle makeover
According to Nordiana, the decision to lose weight came after both started facing health issues such as fatigue and rising cholesterol levels.

SHAH ALAM – A married couple running a keropok lekor business in Sungai Choh, Rawang, has gone viral on social media after successfully losing significant weight within just five months, inspiring many online.
Mohd Razif Sani, 51, better known as Ajib, a former cartoonist behind the Anak-Anak Sidek comic series, along with his wife, Nordiana Abu Hassan, in her 40s, now appear healthier thanks to a consistent commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

According to Nordiana, the decision to lose weight came after both started facing health issues such as fatigue and rising cholesterol levels.
“I used to weigh 70 kilogrammes (kg), now I’m 48kg. My husband was nearly 100kg, and now he’s down to 68kg. We achieved all this in just five months,” she told Sinar.
The couple first went viral on TikTok after sharing their weight loss journey in a video that garnered over two million views and more than 33,000 likes.
Nordiana clarified that they did not take any supplements.
Instead, they adopted a healthy diet through Intermittent Fasting (IF) and One Meal A Day (OMAD) methods.
“We focused 80 per cent on diet and 20 per cent on exercise. We cut down on carbs, increased our protein intake, ate more vegetables and fruits, and completely eliminated sugar. All our drinks are sugar-free and we drink plenty of plain water,” she said.
They also avoided heavy meals at night, opting for fruits instead.
Despite their busy schedule running the business, the couple maintained discipline by exercising daily.
“We brisk walk every morning for about five kilometers before we start our business from 9am to 7pm. At night, we do lightweight training at home two to three times a week,” she said.
Nordiana shared that their physical transformation has not only improved their health and confidence but also positively impacted their business.
“Alhamdulillah, we’re getting more customers. One of our viral videos on TikTok reached two million views. Many people came looking for our stall just to see our transformation in person,” she said.
Their stall, Keropok Lekor Tiptop 962, which has been in operation for nine years, is now gaining more recognition and attracting customers from outside the area.
Commenting on the challenge of losing weight while running a food business, Nordiana admitted it wasn’t easy—but possible with strong determination.
“If you want to lose weight, you have to strengthen your mindset first. The temptation to eat is real, especially since we sell food. But if you’re disciplined and truly determined, Insya-Allah, you can do it,” she said.
