Bariatric surgery is the best decision I’ve ever made, Chef Zam opens up

For years, Chef Zam lived with the weight - 136 kilos and yet remained active, teaching in the kitchen and moving with energy. But when he finally chose bariatric surgery, he never expected the pain that came after.

The recovery was tough. The fear of leakage meant ultrasounds, worry, and the possibility of going under the knife again. 

Yet through it all, Chef Zam calls it 'the best decision I’ve ever made.' Because beyond the pain came a new life - healthier, stronger and filled with hope.
