Nivea targets RM70,000 for breast cancer awareness in partnership with Watsons
For every RM20 spent on Nivea products at Watsons outlets nationwide, RM1 will be donated to BCWA to strengthen its work in awareness, education and support services.

This Pink October, Nivea is stepping up its commitment in the fight against breast cancer through the second edition of its Moments of Care campaign, held in partnership with Watsons.
With a fundraising target of RM50,000 through consumer purchases, Nivea has pledged an additional RM20,000 once the target is met, bringing the total goal to RM70,000 in support of the Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia (BCWA).
For every RM20 spent on Nivea products at Watsons outlets nationwide, RM1 will be donated to BCWA to strengthen its work in awareness, education and support services.
Beiersdorf Malaysia and Singapore Country Manager Dr Christopher Vierhaus said the campaign aims to raise greater awareness and encourage early breast cancer detection as cases continue to rise globally.

"After the success of last year’s campaign, we are raising the bar with a bigger target because breast cancer awareness and early detection remain vital.
"The World Health Organisation (WHO) has warned that breast cancer is still the most common cancer among women worldwide, with cases projected to rise in the coming years.
"At Nivea, Care is at the heart of everything we do and through this campaign, we are committed to supporting women by driving greater awareness and encouraging regular screenings for early detection," he said at the programme launch held in Connexion Conference & Event Centre (Nexus).
Echoing this, Watsons Malaysia Managing Director and Health & Beauty Asia COO, Caryn Loh said partnering with Nivea enables Malaysians nationwide to shop with purpose and support greater breast cancer awareness and early detection.
"We are proud to be the partner for this noble effort. All our outlets nationwide are running the Nivea Moments of CARE campaign so that more Malaysians can easily contribute and shop with purpose.

"By doing this together with Nivea and Malaysians everywhere, we can strengthen awareness of early detection and make a meaningful difference for women and families impacted by breast cancer," she said.
This year’s campaign also featured a special workshop, Exercise in Cancer Care, alongside free breast cancer screenings.
Malaysian singer-actress Elyana Emrizal, who overcame her own cancer journey, also made a moving appearance, performing after years away from the spotlight, embodying resilience and hope.
Through Moments of Care, Nivea invites Malaysians to turn everyday purchases into acts of support.
Every RM20 spent on Nivea products at Watsons contributes RM1 towards BCWA, transforming skincare shopping into meaningful action that helps fund awareness, outreach and support for those impacted by breast cancer.
