SEPANG – Shell Malaysia celebrated 26 years of technical partnership with Ducati Corse by unveiling its latest flagship motorcycle lubricant, the Shell Advance Ultra 10W-50 (API SP), at the 2025 MotoGP at the Sepang International Circuit here on Saturday.

Co-developed with Ducati, this premium lubricant is engineered to deliver race-proven performance tailored for everyday riders.

Meeting the latest API SP standard, the new Shell Advance Ultra 10W-50 offers superior power, performance and protection.

The launch highlighted Shell Malaysia’s ongoing commitment to bringing world-class MotoGP technology and innovation to local motorcyclists.

Shell Lubricants Malaysia/Singapore and Southeast Asia Cluster General Manager, Darlina Mohd Sibi said that Shell Advance, Malaysia’s leading motorcycle oil brand, continues to strengthen its technical partnership with Ducati Corse, delivering world-class innovation from the MotoGP track to everyday Malaysian riders.

As the only motorcycle engine oil used and recommended by Ducati Corse, Shell Advance has powered Ducati to historic success.

This year, Ducati Corse celebrated a triple MotoGP victory—winning the Teams’ World Championship, Constructors’ Championship, and Riders’ Championship with Marc Marquez at the helm.

The Shell Advance Ultra also boasts impressive long-term performance: retaining horsepower across a wide range of speeds for up to 20,000 km, ensuring an over 90 per cent cleaner engine, and improving fuel efficiency by up to 5 km per litre.

The unveiling of Shell Advance Ultra also marked the launch of the #CrazyGoodOil campaign in Malaysia, headlined by Ducati Corse riders Marc Marquez and Francesco Bagnaia.

The campaign featured a series of engaging trade and consumer events nationwide to showcase the product’s race-tested quality.

The Shell Advance range also includes other premium products such as Advance Power 15W-50, Advance Long Ride 10W-40, and the AX7 semi-synthetic series (10W-40, 15W-50), offering riders a variety of high-performance lubrication options.

The MotoGP weekend also welcomed over 140 participants from the Global Master Mechanic Programme, a Shell initiative that celebrates top mechanics from around the world.
