He was found on the balcony with 100 per cent burn injuries.

KUALA LUMPUR – A man was found dead in a fire that broke out in a residential unit on the 26th floor of a condominium in Mont Kiara here on Wednesday.
Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Operations Centre (PGO) in a statement said an emergency call was received through the NG999 system at 8.46pm.
"A team of firemen and officers, along with fire engines from the Sri Hartamas Fire and Rescue Station (BBP) as well as BBP Menjalara, BBP Sentul and BBP Taman Tun Dr Ismail, were deployed to the scene," it said.
Upon arrival, the fire brigade found the unit engulfed in flames.
"Firefighting and rescue operations were carried out immediately, but the team faced difficulties as the building’s fire prevention system was not functioning properly.
"Firemen had to use two portable pumps and the fire engine pump to channel water to the affected unit," it added.
The statement said the team later found a man on the balcony with 100 per cent burn injuries.
"The victim was pronounced dead by Health Ministry (KKM) medical personnel at the scene.
"The fire was successfully extinguished at 2.03am. The cause of the incident is still under investigation by the Fire Department's Forensics Unit," it said.
