Durian thieves paraded shirtless through village with fruit hung around their necks
The group allegedly committed the same act multiple times in the village.

JAKARTA - A group of men in Parigi Moutong, Central Sulawesi, received a form of community punishment after being paraded around their village following allegations of stealing monthong durians, news portal detiksulsel reports.
During the incident, the men were made to walk shirtless with durians hung around their necks as a warning to local residents.
Posona Atas Village Administration Section chief Moh Efendi said the village believed the group had committed the same act multiple times in the area.
"We suspect they have repeatedly stolen durians in Posona Atas village," he told reporters.
According to reports, the incident came to light after residents conducting a night patrol encountered a young man passing through the village at around 10.30pm local time last Saturday.
Suspicion arose when the motorcyclist was found carrying several monthong durians.
Residents stopped him for questioning. Further investigation led to the exposure of several other individuals believed to be involved.
The men are understood to have ultimately admitted to stealing the durians. - Agency
