The Attorney General (AG) failed in his appeal at the Federal Court here on Wednesday to overturn a decision allowing Datuk Seri Najib Razak to commence judicial review proceedings for an order compelling the government or six other parties to answer and confirm the existence of the Addendum Order.

The Federal Court had previously fixed July 1 and 2 to hear the Attorney-General’s appeal against a Court of Appeal decision that allowed Najib to initiate a judicial review related to the alleged document. - Bernama photo
