Based on the warning issued at 8.30am today,  the states affected are Perlis, Kedah, Penang and Perak, involving Kerian, Larut, Matang and Selama, Hulu Perak, Kuala Kangsar, Manjung, Perak Tengah, Bagan Datuk and Hilir Perak.

Just as they were beginning to recover from the gas pipeline fire that occurred on the second day of Aidilfitri, residents of Kampung Tengah Puchong are now grappling with floods following heavy rain last night.
