The Attorney General (AG) failed in his appeal at the Federal Court here on Wednesday to overturn a decision allowing Datuk Seri Najib Razak to commence judicial review proceedings for an order compelling the government or six other parties to answer and confirm the existence of the Addendum Order.

The victim, a businessman, suffered injuries on his mouth and wrist, while two of his security guards were also tied up by the attackers during the incident.
