A man was injured after allegedly being shot by an unidentified assailant while in the forest near Kampung Maasop, Senaling, here today.

A Form Two student died after he was accidentally shot with a homemade firearm, known locally as a ‘bakakuk’, while playing with a friend at Jalan Kem PPH Keningau yesterday.

A suspected criminal was shot dead during a shootout with police at the roadside of Batu 8, Jalan Banting-Dengkil, Dengkil, last night.
