The Shah Alam High Court here has aquitted and released Samirah Muzaffar and two teenagers on charges of murdering Cradle Fund CEO Nazrin Hassan

On March 12, 2019, Samirah Muzaffar, 47, and the two teenagers, now aged 19 and 16, as well as an Indonesian woman, Eka Wahyu Lestari, who is still at large, were charged with the murder of Nazrin Hassan.

Nazri said he believed that the judiciary, legislative and MACC were under serious attacks with efforts to undermine the independence of these bodies.
