The Malaysian Bar is appalled with the turn of events that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”) had commenced an investigation into Justice Nazlan Mohd Ghazali.

Yesterday, SC lodged a police report against Serba Dinamik for issuing an announcement dated April 21, which contained statements that may have the effect of misleading or confusing members of the public and paint a negative image of SC and its officers.

PAC chairman Wong Kah Woh stressed that the PAC will examine all the evidence, documents and minutes of meetings obtained, and will decide whether to summon further witnesses.
