PLATFORM 19 has expanded its presence with the opening of a new outlet at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre (BTMC) in Klang, introducing a premium casual dining concept within a hospital setting.

The newly launched branch combines Western comfort food with bold Pakistani-inspired flavours, offering a restaurant-style dining experience while maintaining the accessibility and convenience of a hospital cafeteria.

Founded by Malaysian culinary personality Johari Edrus, better known as Chef Jo, the brand has built its identity around a fusion of Western and Pakistani cuisine, offering dishes that combine aromatic spices with hearty comfort food.

The latest expansion marks another milestone for the homegrown food brand, which first established itself at its flagship outlet in Seksyen 19, Shah Alam.

Located inside BTMC, the new branch aims to provide visitors, patients and healthcare workers with a more elevated dining experience compared to conventional hospital cafeterias, while maintaining a casual and accessible atmosphere.

The menu continues Platform 19’s signature approach of blending rich Pakistani flavours with Western-inspired offerings, ranging from spice-forward traditional dishes to grilled and comfort-based meals.
