SHAH ALAM - Malaysians can now enjoy the much-anticipated Cadbury Dairy Milk x Lotus Biscoff collaboration, with Malaysia becoming the first market in Southeast Asia to launch the new chocolate following its successful debuts in the United Kingdom (UK) and Australia.
The collaboration between Mondelez International and Lotus Bakeries brings together Cadbury Dairy Milk's smooth, creamy milk chocolate and the distinctive caramelised crunch of Lotus Biscoff biscuit pieces, combining two globally recognised brands with strong followings.
The new product was unveiled through an immersive launch event at The Starhill Kuala Lumpur, which brought consumers together to celebrate friendship, sharing and the new flavour combination.
The launch was timed to coincide with World Friendship Day, reflecting the brands' focus on creating shared moments among friends and loved ones.
Guests at the event were treated to interactive tasting stations, personalised duo experiences and other activities designed around the idea of enjoying the new chocolate together.
Marketing Head of Mondelez International Malaysia and Singapore See Mei Sin said the collaboration represented an extension of Cadbury Dairy Milk's longstanding association with bringing people together.

The companies said the collaboration was designed to appeal to consumers who enjoy discovering new flavour combinations and limited or unexpected brand collaborations.
Beyond the flavour combination, the launch also highlights Malaysia's role in manufacturing the product for consumers.
Every Cadbury Dairy Milk x Lotus Biscoff bar sold in Malaysia is manufactured at the Cadbury plant in Shah Alam, showcasing local manufacturing capabilities while bringing an international product collaboration to the Malaysian market.
The chocolate combines Cadbury Dairy Milk's milk chocolate with pieces of Lotus Biscoff biscuit, with the product available in multiple pack sizes for personal consumption, on-the-go snacking and sharing.
The launch also represents a collaboration between two established global brands with generations of consumers, bringing together Cadbury Dairy Milk's chocolate heritage and Lotus Biscoff's distinctive caramelised biscuit flavour.
