PRK Polls: Ex-deputy Azmin congratulates MB Selangor

SHAH ALAM - Parti Keadilan Rakyat’s former deputy president Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali congratulates Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari for winning the Gombak PKR Division Chief post.
Azmin had posted a congratulatory message on his official Twitter account on Sunday (March 29) following the announcement that Amirudin obtained 1,858 votes, 351 physically and 1,057 via online, defeating Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak, who received 1,215 votes - 679 physically and 536 online.
Azmin, who is the International Trade and Industry Ministry, expressed hope that this will mutual understanding would continue lead to a good path.
“Congratulations Amirudin for being chosen. May mutual agreements will continue bring good,” he said in the post on Twitter.
On Sunday, Amirudin managed to defend his position as the Gombak Division Chief after beating Farhash in the PKR Polls 2022.
Results showed Amirudin won a comfortable majority of 643 votes while A Rahim Ahmad Kasi won deputy division beating two others.
