PUTRAJAYA - The Federal Court's Chief Registrar's office files a police report over the draft of the leaked judgment in the three appeals made by Pekan MP Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

Through a statement today, the office said the judiciary would not be interrupted by any illegal acts.

"The office confirms that the leaked judgment draft was only a draft in progress," it said.

Adding on, the office said the final judgment was only delivered in an open court at about 4pm on the same date.

"We got to know that the leaked document had been modified," the office said and described the act as deliberately made to affect the integrity of the court's operation and the administration of justice.

The office also started an internal investigation into this matter.

This came after a portal published a link to Najib's final appeal judgment which was still ongoing at the time.

Through the link, the document could be downloaded by the portal browser before it went viral on social media.
