Dissolution of Parliament date very soon, says Rizalman Mokhtar
KUALA LUMPUR - Youth, Wanita and Puteri Umno Division leaders say hints are all over the place that the date of Parliament dissolution will be in the near future.
Bandar Tun Razak Umno Division Chief Datuk Seri Rizalman Mokhtar said the matter was among the essence of the Special Meeting with Umno President Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob that was held behind closed doors on today.
"The hints for the dissolution is 'very soon'," he said briefly to Sinar Harian.
Meanwhile, Batu Umno Division Chief Datuk Yahaya Mat Ghani @ Abbas said among others, Ismail Sabri gave his reminder that the Umno leadership not to 'shoot each other in the foot'.
"We want the election, that means the solidarity between us must be strong," he said.
The meeting started at 3pm at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL) for an hour and was attended by 191 Umno division chiefs.
