Anantara Desaru Coast Resorts and Villas introduces “Taste of Two Borders” which presents cuisines of 11 neighbouring states for the upcoming Ramadhan at Turmeric Restaurant.

The buka puasa buffet dinner showcase which will be taking place from March 23 until April 21 was also in conjunction with celebrating the flavours between Thailand - Malaysia.

From Rendang Tok which originated from Perak, the culinary team at the Anantara Desaru Coast Resorts and Villas will be serving an abundance of traditional delicacies during the buffet dinner.

Apart from that, Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Api from Chef Fahdrul’s family recipe and Kedah’s Kambing Masak Hitam was also made to the list.

“Additionally, a selection of Thai dishes such as Phad Kra Praow Gai (stir-fried chicken with basil), Gang Panang Neua (red curry beef), and Massaman chicken will also be available.

“Early bird bookings made before March 23 are entitled to savings of 25 per cent. The buffet is priced at RM168+ per adult and RM84+ per child and is served daily from 6:30 pm onwards,” they said.

Moreover, the choice of restaurant - Turmeric restaurant - is an all-day dining outlet that can fit up to 136 people indoors.

The restaurant will also prepare alfresco terrace options overlooking the lagoon pool in order to provide the best break-fasting experience for their customers.
