PN candidates to use Pas logo in Kelantan and Terengganu

Pas Secretary General, Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan said, for the other four states, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, Penang and Kedah, the chosen candidates will use the PN logo.
It has been reported that the division of seats between the PN coalition parties have been 95 percent completed.
"(The use of) the party symbols in the state elections still remains. In Kelantan and Terengganu we will use the PAS logo and for the four other states, the candidates will use the PN logo.
"It can be said that 95 percent of the division of party seats have been completed, it is up to the party to determine which are its winnable candidates.
"The names of the candidates who will contest will be proposed by the state leaders of Bersatu and Pas before the committee at the Central level makes a decision," he said here on Thursday.
He explained that only the distribution of some seats in Selangor and Negeri Sembilan could not be finalized yet. The seat allocation formula between Pas and Bersatu, he said, also used the same formula used in the last 15th General Election (GE15).
Takiyuddin added that the division of seats between PAS and Bersatu went smoothly and reached a good consensus. He said that the dissolution of state assemblies in the six states involved is expected to be done at the end of this month. Commenting further, he said PN is optimistic to control more state assembly seats in this PRN based on the acceptance of the people at the moment. - AWANI
