KOTA KINABALU - The bodies of two siblings who died in a fire involving six houses were found in their living room in Kampung Pulutan, Menggatal today.

Fire and Rescue Station (BBP) chief Lintas Agustavia Joe Guasi said that the two children were allegedly left at home,without their parents.

"At the time of the incident, the six-year-old child had just returned from kindergarten while his five-year-old sibling had been at home.

"They were found alone at home after being left by their mother who went out to work while their father sent their nephew to the hospital. Meanwhile, the other siblings were at school.

"Both bodies were found close to each other in the living room," he told Sinar today.

In the fire at about 1pm, the bodies of Jackron Jabri, six, and Jayraiyen, five, were found in one of the burnt houses.
