SHAH ALAM - Mahsia Media Group Sdn Bhd, the brainchild of Datuk Dr Calvin Khiu, officially made its grand debut marking a new chapter in brand communication and media consultancy.

Positioning itself as Malaysia’s most integrated and influential brand-communication and media consulting platform, Mahsia Media aims to help enterprises and brands become seen, remembered and followed amid the evolving dynamics of modern communication.

Anchored on the philosophy 'Technology connects hearts, content builds trust,' the company seeks to redefine how businesses tell their stories in the Marketing 5.0 era, by combining creativity, technology and human connection.

"Every brand has its own story. Mahsia Media is not just a media company; it is a brand-marketing consultancy. Through it, I hope more enterprises can let their stories be heard by the world," he said during the launch held in MDMT Ballroom.

He explained that the idea for Mahsia Media was born out of the post-pandemic challenges faced by many small and medium enterprises (SMEs), such as limited exposure, constrained budgets and weak communication power.

The company aims to bridge that gap by offering comprehensive brand and marketing solutions tailored for growth and trust-building.

At the launch, Mahsia Media unveiled its eight Brand Growth Engines, each designed to help companies enhance communication, rebuild reputation and strengthen consumer connection.

These include systems for Trust Recovery, Experience Design, Content Influence, Personal Brand Ecosystem, Influence Networking, Omni-Media Integration, Brand Legitimacy and Brand Awareness Intelligence.

Through these systems, Mahsia Media focuses on transforming brands into trusted voices rather than just logos.

The group’s integrated approach merges traditional and digital media, influencer engagement and storytelling to ensure seamless and credible brand communication.

Dr Khiu emphasised that Mahsia Media’s goal is not only to provide advertising or promotional services but also to serve as a bridge for mutual growth between enterprises and the media ecosystem.

The launch event drew over 300 corporate leaders, media representatives and industry influencers, including Tengku Datuk Dr Hishammuddin Zaizi.

Adding glamour to the evening was a special appearance by 40 national beauties from Miss Tourism International 2025, symbolising Mahsia Media’s commitment to promoting culture, tourism and aesthetic communication on a global scale.

The event also featured the 'Voice of the Year award ceremony, recognising individuals who have made positive contributions to live streaming and brand communication.
