Foetus with fractured skull discovered in Bukit Jalil rubbish truck
Police had earlier received a report about the case at 12.51pm on Thursday.

KUALA LUMPUR – A foetus discovered in a rubbish truck in Bukit Jalil is confirmed to be around 25 weeks old and showed severe injuries, including a fractured skull.
Cheras District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Aidil Bolhassan said police had recorded statements from four individuals after workers from an environmental management company made the shocking discovery.
He stated that the condition of the foetus indicated injuries to the abdominal area, a fractured skull, and a severed umbilical cord.
The foetus was identified as a male, measuring 35 centimetres in length.
Police had earlier received a report about the case at 12.51pm on Thursday.
Following the incident, police urged members of the public who have information about the case to contact the investigating officer Inspector Elfi at 011-1004 8773; the Cheras District Police hotline at 03-9284 5050; the Kuala Lumpur Contingent Police hotline at 03-2115 9999; or the nearest police station.
The case is being investigated under Section 315 of the Penal Code.
