MetMalaysia has issued a warning of thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds for seven states, effective until 4 pm today.

In Sarawak, the severe weather is expected to hit Kuching, Samarahan (Samarahan and Asajaya), Sibu (Sibu), Mukah (Daro and Matu), Kapit (Belaga), Miri (Telang Usan) and Limbang. - Bernama file photo
