Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) has announced a 3.5 per cent profit distribution for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025, higher than the 3.25 per cent declared for 2024.

FAM acting president Datuk Mohd Yusoff Mahadi said the sponsor had contacted the association and sent an official letter, but stressed that it was only to seek clarification on the situation.

The central bank said it also has imposed an AMP of RM2.85 million on Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Bhd (BKRM) for non-compliance with the Development Financial Institutions Act 2002 (DFIA) and RMiT PD.
